KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. Kantor Wilayah Direktorat Jenderal Pajak (Kanwil DJP) Jakarta Selatan I bersama seluruh Kanwil DJP se-Jakarta Raya menggelar lelang eksekusi serentak atas aset milik penanggung pajak.
Objek lelang berasal dari hasil sitaan Kantor Pelayanan Pajak (KPP) Madya Jakarta Selatan I dan KPP Pratama Jakarta Tebet.

Aset yang dilelang antara lain satu unit apartemen The Bellagio Residence seluas 77 meter persegi dengan nilai limit Rp 1,26 miliar, serta satu unit mobil Daihatsu Ayla 1.0 X MT tahun 2018 berwarna merah dengan nilai limit Rp 72,46 juta.
Lelang dilakukan secara terbuka tanpa kehadiran fisik peserta melalui situs resmi www.lelang.go.id.
Pejabat lelang dari Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL) Jakarta IV langsung menetapkan pemenang pada hari yang sama.
Hasilnya, mobil terjual senilai Rp 76,96 juta dan apartemen terjual Rp 1,267 miliar. Total nilai lelang mencapai Rp 1,34 miliar, yang seluruhnya digunakan untuk mencairkan tunggakan pajak dari para wajib pajak terkait.

Direktur Jenderal Pajak Bimo Wijayanto menyampaikan, apresiasinya atas pelaksanaan lelang eksekusi serentak ini.
"Hal seperti ini silakan dilanjutkan. InsyaAllah kita akan mendapatkan hasil yang lebih baik dari sebelumnya," ujar Bimo dalam keterangannya, Rabu (25/6).
Kegiatan ini merupakan bagian dari langkah penagihan aktif untuk memulihkan penerimaan negara, sekaligus memberikan efek jera (deterrent effect) kepada wajib pajak yang tidak patuh.
Kepala Kanwil DJP Jakarta Selatan I, Farid, menyatakan bahwa kegiatan lelang serentak ini akan menjadi agenda rutin.

"Harapannya kegiatan lelang serentak ini dapat menjadi gaung nasional untuk mendorong kepatuhan masyarakat," ujar Farid.
Ia menambahkan, kegiatan serupa akan dilaksanakan dua kali dalam setahun ke depan.
